How to obtain a RMA number:
- Log in to your account
- Click on the "Request a RMA number" link next to the order
for which you want to return merchandise in your order list
- Complete the form. You will be asked for contact information and the
reason for your return on step 1, and you will be able to choose the
product(s) to include in your RMA on step 2.
- After submitting the form, please allow 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for our returns
department to respond to you.
